How much does TCF Monitor cost?

$20 CAD per month for one city, paid by credit card and billed monthly in Canadian dollars. There is no minimum commitment: cancel whenever you like.

Can I monitor more than one city?

Each subscription covers one city at $20 CAD per month, so to watch more cities you add a subscription for each one. Vancouver has two independent centres, Alliance Française and Ashton Testing: pick one at sign-up, or subscribe to both.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard and you won't be charged again from the next billing cycle. There is no minimum term. Each payment is a final sale and is not refunded; alerts continue until the paid period ends.

Do Telegram alerts cost extra?

No. Telegram alerts are included at no extra cost: in your account, set "Seat alerts go to" to Telegram. You can switch back to email anytime.

How is Auto Booking priced?

Auto Booking is a separate, fully managed service with a custom quote per session. Contact support with your centre and date range to get a quote.

Is there a referral discount?

Yes. Friends who subscribe through the referral link on your account page get 20% off their first month, and once they pay you get 20% back as a credit on your next invoice.
