This Privacy Policy applies to TCF Monitor (tcfmonitor.com) and is the responsibility of TCF Monitor Inc., headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"). It explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
1. Data We Collect
We collect the email address, monitored city, and subscription status you provide, along with limited usage records needed to operate the Service. We do not store card details; payment information is handled directly by the payment provider.
If you choose to get seat alerts on Telegram, we also store your Telegram chat ID and username (or first name if you have no username), used only to send you seat alerts; alerts are delivered through Telegram's servers and are subject to Telegram's privacy policy. When you switch back to email from your account, we delete the chat ID and username right away. To prevent abuse we keep the times of binding and unbinding; these records do not include the chat ID.
2. How We Use Data
We use this information only to send exam-slot alerts, manage subscriptions and payments, provide support, and keep the Service secure and reliable.
3. Sharing & Retention
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for advertising. We share information with service providers only when necessary to provide the Service, process payments, or meet legal requirements. After cancellation, we delete or anonymise personal information within a reasonable period, except where records must be retained by law.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use essential technologies and limited first-party analytics to operate and improve the Service; we do not use advertising tracking. You may contact us to opt out of non-essential analytics.
5. Your Rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and you may cancel your subscription at any time. We will handle requests within the period required by applicable law.
